Robins are friendly
birds and this particular robin is a regular visitor to my garden. He
comes onto the patio if he sees me around and is particularly fond of
cheese. Robins can be very tame and in the past I have had them take
food from my hand. Sadly the life expectancy of a robin,on average,
is around 13 months. I am hoping with a good diet this one will stay
around for longer. It is amazing how they have adapted over the years,
and have become able to enjoy the benefits of the seed and nut feeders
with the Tits and Finches |
