A WINTER VISIT TO THE WYRE FOREST

I was lucky enough to be able to meet John and Jean Robinson at their home in the Wyre Forest. John, apart from being a lovely man, is a brilliant photographer and has set up a variety of hides in his garden, where it is possible to take pictures of the many species that are always to be seen in this fabulous spot. Below are just a few pictures which I took in February.

These were taken from Johns living room, through glass! He has put up a variety of perches close to bird food, on various tables which are all cleverly placed to maximise the opportunities to get a decent photograph
