Kimcomania

2008 saw very few Waxwing in England, so it was very encouraging to have reports of several flocks at the beginning of 2009. Sadly the winter, like the Summer, was poor weatherwise. I had two attempts to photograph these attractive birds, once at Cannock and later at Woodley near Manchester. This is one which was taken on a very grey Sunday morning in Woodley.
