| I love Brambling, they appear just occasionally in my garden with Chaffinch, they are so beautiful, especially the male. The one below was taken at Wyre Forest. |

The Kingfisher must be a favourite with everyone. I do seem to see them much more frequently in recent years, notably along the local canal. However they are difficult to photograph because in flight they are so very fast, and when still - they never seem close enough |
This picture was taken early morning in March at Marbury Country Park in Cheshire, I managed to get him in a pose where there were not too many twigs and branches infront of him.
