SHORT-TOED EAGLE

I was lucky enough to come across this Eagle twice in the three days that I was in La Brenne. The first time I thought it was a Buzzard then I realised it was far too big!! It was only later, when Iooked at this first early morning picture, that I realised it was carrying a snake!
